Meet Rabani Kaur Chugh

Rabani earned her law degree in India, completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, and has fulfilled all licensing requirements through the Law Society of Ontario.
During her legal training, she completed Articles of Clerkship with a biotechnology and biomedical engineering firm, where she developed a grounded understanding of corporate law, compliance, and the regulatory and governance realities businesses navigate every day.
She believes businesses need proper legal support at every stage — not just when something goes wrong. Prevention matters. Clarity matters. Getting things right from the beginning matters.
